    We purchased a car with you folks in 12/27 and we still do not have the car. But since this email shows that it was serviced on 12/31, I’m confused why we were told it wasn’t ready when I spoke with Anthony on 1/3. The lack of communication and transparency with me as a customer is concerning. This has been the worst process I have experienced when trying to purchase a vehicle.
