Service was explained thoroughly and cost expectations set early. Turnaround time was slightly longer with no rental service provided, but work was completed professionally.

My vehicle, a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze, had an oil leak at the head gasket on top of the engine, and also had a defective sensor causing the "check engine" light to come on. Both repairs were covered under GMC warranties. I dropped off my car on July 27, and was able to pick it up on August 20. McGovern was kind enough to give me loaner cars during this period, which I appreciated. The McGovern service team had a GMC inspector approve the repairs, ordered the parts, and performed the repairs. They also changed the oil. As an added bonus, they washed and cleaned my car.

Angela was very friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and apologized for the long wait. I appreciated the $50 discount I was given.

I went in for an oil change and was taken care of by Dave at the service desk. Dave was very accommodating and friendly. My truck was ready within an hour. My only complaint is that every time I get my truck serviced there my door and steering wheel have grease on them from the mechanic. Also, I had two greasy spots on my right front fender and when I wiped them there were light scratches underneath. It almost looks as though the mechanics belly was exposed and their belt or something scratched my truck while they leaning over the engine. I’ve been to other dealers where they put a rubber mat over the side so this doesn’t happen.

I made the appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for my 8am appointment at 7:45 and checked in with the service department. I waited in the customer lounge and observed my vehicle enter the service bay. at 8:05 and at 8:55 the service rep came into the waited area and told me that my vehicle was ready to go. I was a completely satisfied customer, keep up the good work !
