I made the appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for my 8am appointment at 7:45 and checked in with the service department. I waited in the customer lounge and observed my vehicle enter the service bay. at 8:05 and at 8:55 the service rep came into the waited area and told me that my vehicle was ready to go. I was a completely satisfied customer, keep up the good work !

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done within three days. In by 11:00, out by 12:00. Quick and efficient! That Dave gave me the best certified servce ever! I was totally pleased and will recommend to all my friends that they go to McGovern GMC.

When the engine oil and filter were changed, an oil leak was detected. A dye was put in the oil, and I was told to drive the car for a week, then it will be rechecked, and hopefully the source of the leak will be apparent. Also, the "check engine" light had come on 3 days before my appointment, and a code was determined. Many sensors could activate that code, so I will leave the car with the service department for a day or two so the sensors can be checked out to determine which one is defective.
